Certification + Format Descriptions:
Level 1 Certification
Learn the core MixxedFit format, foundational moves, cueing methods, and how to lead a class with confidence.
Level 2 Certification
Advance your instruction with stronger musicality, movement layering, and class flow. Go from good to great.
Level 3 Certification
Step into people-inspired leadership through Mindset, Movement, and Meaning. Includes community service, Power Workshop development, and mentorship training.
Tåsi Certification
A lower-impact dance fitness class that targets the lower body and core through hip isolations, booty pops, and body rolls while moving to Afrobeats, Dancehall, R&B, and Island Reggae music.
Bootcamp30
A 4-week HIIT challenge format designed to meet people where they are. Templates, workouts, and calendars that can be run monthly or self-paced. Coaches encouraged. It can be done anywhere.
Drip
A 30–45 min HIIT circuit-style workout using bodyweight, dumbbells, booty bands, and medicine balls. Non-dance, high-intensity, results-driven.
Glow
A low-impact, mindful format designed for healing and reset. Strength, stretching, and stillness in a dim, calming space.
Faith Dance Fitness
Clean, Christian-music-based, and/or family-friendly music dance fitness format with family-friendly movements. Created for churches, ministries, YMCAs, and community outreach.
Workshops & Seminars
Includes confidence-building intensives, choreo exchanges, leadership sessions, and more. All included for Lifetime Pass holders.
